ARTFUL LIVING

Harmony begins with Connection
A lifelong equestrian, I have spent decades immersed in the daily care and training of horses, developing a deep understanding of their physical, emotional, and behavioural needs. My foundation was shaped through BHS training in the UK and further developed through coaching, clinics, and FEI educational pathways across Europe.
Over time, as a Pilates instructor and Dressage Rider, I recognised that many riders focus primarily on the horse, often overlooking the influence of their own body. This led to the development of Rider Aligned—an approach that considers horse and rider as a connected system - based on Pilates principles and Rider Biomechanics. By addressing alignment, symmetry, and control, it supports a clearer, softer, and more harmonious connection in the saddle.
In horse training, I have a horse-centred philosophy, grounded in welfare, mindfulness, and partnership. This includes exploration of bitless riding and natural hoof care, alongside ongoing study of biomechanics and holistic health. Experience working with horses across a range of physical and behavioural challenges—including rehabilitation of Kissing Spine—has shaped a quiet, observant approach, where subtle adjustments can significantly improve comfort, relaxation, and movement.
An experienced Riding Instructor and Horse Trainer, I offer Coaching for Riders seeking a more thoughtful and connected way of working—supporting both horse and rider in developing balance, trust, and true partnership.
